The Original Ornament Party Specifics…

Available for birthdays, celebrations, ladies night out, bridal parties, mother’s morning out, craft groups, or just a fun time together.

Cost: $20.00/person, materials included

Age group: only 7 and older
Please see pictures on website or examples in store of projects.
Age 7 stretchy bracelets/memory wire necklace/keychains(x2)/backpack clips or zipper pulls(x4)
Age 8/9 any listed above OR memory wire bracelet/ cable wire necklace, bracelet or anklet (8° or bigger)
Age 10/11 any listed above 11°or bigger
Age 12-15 any listed above OR earrings/simple weaving
Age 16+ we treat as an adult party*
*special projects can be arranged for specific adult groups
Adult parties: one project is picked for the whole group (necklaces, bracelets, etc), $15.00 goes towards beads that are chosen from out on the floor. (your selection is not limited to what has already been chosen in the party room) The $15.00 is not refunded if not completely spent. Anything above and beyond the $15.00 is to be paid after the party has been completed. The other $5.00 is the facility fee.

Supervision: 5-9 1 adult must come with children, but no more than 4 please.
10-15 2 adults must come with children, but no more than those 2 please. The room itself has space limitations; we have had problems in the past with additional family, friends, and parents hanging around in the party room while the party is taking place.

Times: 1 ½ hours (suggested times-10am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 5:30pm or 8pm)
2 hours for Adult parties (age 16+)
Saturdays, Sundays, weekdays or teacher work days are available
Must be booked 2 weeks in advance
Set-up is available 30 minutes before party time

Deposit: $100.00
Refunded only if party is cancelled 1 week prior to date; date and time are saved specifically for your party
Balance is due on day of party

Food: No food will be provided. Our experience has so far shown that cake and gifts can usually be gotten to in the 1 ½ hour time frame with children’s parties. If you choose to bring light refreshments, please keep in mind that all we will provide is a small trashcan. Adult parties are welcome to bring drinks, snacks, etc. but again, all that we provide is a small trashcan.
